11. Cinderella poster.

Audience: young children, typically girls, families.
purpose: To inform people about the show and who is the actors in the pantomime
Format: Poster, brightly colours with the characters of the show.

At the bottom of the poster humour is used 'the best ugly sister in 'pantoland' this is amusing for the reader as 'pantoland' doesn't exist however they are promising 'the best ugly sisters'

How has the gender of the audience influenced the text? The gender of the audience is most likely mostly girls and families, therefore the 'Cinderella' is written in pink swirly writing with a star on the 'i' of the word this being girly an therefore appealing to girls. The back ground of the poster is blue and has stars all over its from the Cinderella on the right, this also may be influenced by the female audience as girls will be drawn to it by the Cinderella picture.

How has technology influenced this text? technology has allowed the poster to have so many images and the design of the Cinderella on it. this is key as allows it to stand out and be noticed by young children and people passing by.
